Elder and Disabled Member Homes Retrofit (Pre-EnerGuide Assessments)

Pre-EnerGuide assessments are being conducted on 95 Elder and Disabled member homes within the Settlement. These assessments will guide retrofits aimed at improving energy efficiency, with a focus on reducing energy bills, increasing comfort, and ensuring sustainability for vulnerable Settlement members. Over 70 assessments have been completed and the Settlement’s contractors are in the process of ordering energy efficient materials to begin the retrofit component.
